I am now 37 weeks old and about to enter the real world! I am so excited I keep moving and stretching. I notice that when I push a certain direction, I get transported somewhere and then I hear the sound of something rushing like water.

I keep wondering how the outside world is like. I could only hear the sounds and the voices so far.

At times, I can hear two people with the sweetest voice speaking. They keep calling me "Zoe baby" and making strange sound. I wonder who they are?

Just yesterday, I heard the nicest music - classical music from the womb. I was dancing with joy in the womb. I think I might have a talent there somewhere.

I also realise that the space is becoming a little cramp in the womb as if I am slowly growing too big for the womb.

Can't wait to see my angel.

Your name shall be Zoe.

I heard this over my sleep and then I keep hearing this. Is this my name? Why Zoe?

Child, it means "divine, eternal life" but you know there is a little message behind it.

Really?

The Greek language is rich. It has 3 different words to describe 3 different aspects of life: zoe, psuche, and bios. The word zoe in classical Greek was used for "life in general." There are a few instances of this meaning in the Bible (Acts 17:25, Jas 4:14, Rev 16:3), but in all other instances zoe was used to designate "divine, eternal life" - the life of God (Eph 4:18).

All people are born with the natural life - called psuche in Greek. Psuche is translated "soul", "personality" or "life." Indeed, humans have psuche - natural life, but not all have zoe - eternal life.

You mean I am special?

Yes, you are special dear. But everyone can have zoe-life too. This zoe-life can be received only by believing in the one who possesses eternal life - namely, Jesus Christ.

Oh, but I already believe You, God.

Sure, but you still need to make that decision for yourself when arrive into the world. Then you will receive the true zoe-life, child.

Let me continue to the next word bios. Humans have another life, which is called bios in Greek. Although we get the word biology from Greek it does not mean our physical life. Rather the Greeks used bios to denote a person's "physical sustenance" or "lifelihood". For example, when the widow put her one small coin into the offering box at the temple, Jesus said she gave her entire bios or "means of livelihood".

Interestingly, all 3 words are used in one passage in 1 John 3:14-17

We know that we have passed out of death into life[zoe], because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love abides in death. [15] Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life [zoe] abiding in him. [16] By this we know love, that he laid down his life [psuche] for us, and we ought to lay down our lives [psuche] for the brothers. [17] But if anyone has the world's goods [bios] and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him?

This zoe-life resides in Christ, and He made it available to all who believe in Him. Humans are born with natural life or psuche (soul or personality) ; so Jesus also had a soul. He gave up His soul in death so that we might have the zoe-life, the eternal life of God. John then asks us to sacrifice our psuche-life by giving our bios-life to those in need.

A believer demonstrates that he or she has eternal life (zoe) by giving up part of their livelihood (bios) to sustain the soul and life (psuche) of another. This is the true and best manifestation of love.

Do you think my angel will want me to have this kind of love when I am in the world?

God flashes a knowing smile.

Today, I felt a very light vibration all over my body. This happens I think every month. It seems as if I am being probed. Is someone out there trying to find out who I am whether I am a boy or girl? Does it matter?

I actually wanted to surprise my angel and everyone outside, so each time I feel a vibration coming, I just cover up or cross my legs. I think everyone likes a little surprise, don't you?

I have been appointed by God to be a baby.

I asked God one day, "They tell me you are sending me to Earth, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"

"Among the many angels, I chose one for you. She will be waiting for you and will take care of you."

"But tell me," I said, "here in Heaven, I don't do anything else but sing and smile, that's enough for me to be happy."

God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you every day. And you will feel your angel's love and be happy."

"And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me, if I don't know the language that men talk?"

"Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak."

"And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?"

"Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray."

"I've heard that on Earth there are bad men. Who will protect me?"

"Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life."

"But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore. "

"Your angel will always talk to you about me and will teach you the way for you to come back to me, even though I will always be next to you. "

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could already be heard, and I said in a hurry asked softly, "Oh God, if I am about to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."

"Your angel's name is of no importance; you will call your angel Mommy."

Psalm 22:9-10 (ESV)
Yet you are he who took me from the womb;
you made me trust you at my mother's breasts.
On you was I cast from my birth,
and from my mother's womb you have been my God.
